Marilyn Morrissey CPA, CFP®  
Bruce Krohn CPA, CFP® 

 Marilyn Morrissey CPA, CFP® has more than twenty five years of experience in public accounting. Her specialties include business management consulting and tax and financial planning for closely held businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. She responds proactively to the needs of business owners - from everyday operational concerns to annual planning and special projects. She has a strong interest in integrating technology to maximize financial efficiency and effectiveness. She has established and monitored accounting systems for a wide range of businesses.

Marilyn is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on various OSCPA committees, including Management Consulting Services, Estate Planning Committee, Future Issues Committee and the Technology Committee. She served five years as a mentor for the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training, sponsored by the Small Business Administration. She is active in the Oregon City Chamber and is a member of Oregon City Rotary as well as the Clackamas Heritage Partners Operations Committee.  She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Estate Planning Council of Portland.

Marilyn believes in enhancing financial opportunities for businesses and individuals using due care, creativity and expertise.

Bruce Krohn CPA, CFP® joined The Morrissey Group in 1991, after spending six years with a leading tax software company and seven years in a public accounting practice.

Bruce specializes in the areas of state and local income taxation as well as international taxation issues. He is also proficient with income tax software testing and support as well as other accounting areas such as inventory issues. He is knowledgeable in the use of QuickBooks and SBT accounting packages.

Bruce is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Taxation Committee as well as various sub committees. Bruce is also a past member of the City of Portland Business License Appeals Board.

Bruce is a member of the American Rhododendron Society, through which he pursues his passion for rhododendrons and is also an avid golfer.
